The Daily Star says Blues owner Roman Abramovich is determinedto breathe new life into the Blues squad and build an exciting side capable of regaining the Premier League title. The European champions still want Napoli’s £35m striker Edinson Cavani and £10m-rated Wigan winger Victor Moses. A new right-back is also believed to be on Di Matteo’s summer shortlist.
